For a cancellation quote, email help@samearrival.com and include your booking reference. Airline fare rules determine whether a ticket is refundable and what fees apply.

For a flight change, delay, disruption, or missed flight, contact the airline directly using the details on your ticket. The airline can advise on and arrange any available rebooking, refund, or other remedy.

If an airline or provider cannot complete a ticket, Same Arrival will refund that ticket. In a group booking, any successful tickets remain booked and unsuccessful tickets are refunded.
