Terms of Service
Last updated: September 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Same Arrival (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Same Arrival helps groups compare flight options and coordinate travel. For eligible flights, you may purchase tickets through the Service. Flight and payment services are provided with the assistance of third parties. Some flight options may be available for search only.
3. Booking, Payment, and Ticket Terms
Review the itinerary, passenger details, and total price shown before you pay. The total includes applicable charges. Flight details, prices, and availability may change before a ticket is confirmed.
Payment does not by itself confirm a ticket. A ticket is confirmed when we provide a booking confirmation. If we cannot complete a ticket purchase, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for that ticket. Refund timing depends on your payment provider.
Flight prices and availability can change before payment. If a fare changes during checkout, we will show the updated fare and ask you to confirm before continuing; we will not proceed with the updated fare unless you accept it. The checkout total will be recalculated using the accepted fare, and taxes may change as well.
If an airline or booking provider rejects a ticket after payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for that ticket. In a group booking where only some tickets are successful, the successful tickets will be booked and the amount paid for each unsuccessful ticket will be refunded. Refund posting times depend on your payment provider. A refund for an uncompleted ticket does not guarantee a refund for a later cancellation or change.
Each traveler is responsible for providing accurate passenger details and meeting the airline’s travel requirements. Once a ticket is confirmed, that airline’s fare rules govern changes and cancellations, including any restrictions and fees. For a cancellation quote, contact Same Arrival support through our Contact page and include your booking reference. For a flight change, delay, disruption, or missed flight, contact the airline directly using the contact details on your ticket; the airline is responsible for explaining and arranging any available rebooking, refund, or other remedy. Same Arrival does not control airline decisions or guarantee a remedy.
4. Accuracy of Information
Flight information, prices, and availability may change and are not guaranteed until a ticket is confirmed. During checkout, we will ask you to accept any fare change before proceeding at the updated price. Review the itinerary and revised total before purchase.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Same Arrival and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service or a booking will not exceed the amount you paid to Same Arrival for the Service or booking giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or API restrictions
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service using automated tools
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other malicious content
- Impersonate another person or entity
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Third-party providers help deliver flight information, payment, and ticketing services, and may have their own terms and policies. The Service may also link to third-party websites. We do not control or take responsibility for third-party sites or services.
9. Intellectual Property
The Same Arrival name, logo, and all related content and software are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without express written permission.
10. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
