Group trips, explained
Different cities. Same arrival time.
If someone sent you this, you are probably planning a trip together. Here is how Same Arrival gets everyone from their own city to the same place — without the spreadsheet or the “who’s landing when?” thread.
How it works for the group
- 01
Everyone shares a home airport
The organizer adds each traveler and the airport they are leaving from, using its three-letter code such as ORD, LAX, or JFK. Up to nine travelers, from as many cities as you need.
- 02
One search covers the whole group
Pick the shared destination, one-way or round trip, and your dates. Same Arrival searches flights for every traveler at once, so nobody has to compare tabs.
- 03
Choose the plan that fits
Use the group tools to find the lowest combined fare, or the flights that land everyone closest together. Compare fare, duration, stops, and schedule side by side.
- 04
Book and share
Eligible flights are booked through checkout with a fully itemized total. Share the trip selections with the group, or create a payment link so a traveler can pay for their own ticket.

Questions from the group chat
Does everyone have to fly from the same city?
No. Each traveler can depart from a different airport. Same Arrival searches every route to the shared destination at the same time.
How many people can be in one search?
You can search for up to nine travelers at a time.
What does "arrival window" mean?
The arrival window is the difference in time between the first and last traveler landing at the destination. A shorter window means everyone arrives closer together.
Who pays for the flights?
The organizer can pay for eligible flights through checkout, or create a payment link so a traveler can pay for their own ticket. Checkout itemizes each fare, any seats and bags, service fees, and payment processing before you pay.
Are the fares locked in when I share the plan?
No. Shared flight options are subject to changes in availability and price until they are booked, so confirm the latest details before completing payment.
