Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book flights through Same Arrival?
Same Arrival is a group-flight search and coordination tool, with checkout for eligible flights. The selected flights’ itemized price appears before passenger details. Some search results are search-only and must be booked with the airline.
Can I search one-way and round-trip flights?
Yes. Choose one-way or round-trip when entering your trip details.
How does pricing work?
Searching is free. When you book, each traveler's ticket has a service fee of $10 plus 2% of its fare. Each paid seat and added bag has a service fee of $2.50 plus 1% of the airline price of that extra. Payment processing is 2.9% of the pre-tax total plus $0.30 per checkout. One person can pay for the group, or you can share a payment link for an individual traveler; the checkout itemizes each ticket. Flight fares include airline-collected taxes and fees. Airfare, seats, and bags are not subject to sales tax; any applicable sales tax on Same Arrival service and processing fees is calculated from the billing address and shown before payment. Fares and availability can change.
What airports can I search?
Search by airport code. Available airlines and routes depend on live inventory for your airports and dates. Some results are search-only; online booking is available only for fares marked eligible.
How many travelers can I add?
You can search for up to nine travelers at a time.
What does "arrival window" mean?
The arrival window is the difference in time between the first and last traveler landing at the destination. A shorter window means everyone arrives closer together.
What can I share with my group?
Share your trip and selected flight options so everyone can review the plan. You can pay for the group in one checkout or create a payment link for an individual traveler. Shared flight options are subject to changes in availability and price.
